First Italy, then France… and finally long-desired England welcomed Kolonist to the world exhibition “Bettane+Desseauve Wine Experience London”, which was held October 25, 26 2013 in the center of London in the famous Saatchi Gallery. Exhibition was organized by two famous wine critics: Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve.

Kolonist was in the category Wine Premiere (Innovations in winemaking). Only 14 wines from all over the world were chosen for this category! Among the nominees of this category Kolonist was competing with wines from France, Italy, China, Spain, England, Germany, Portugal and Hungary. It is a great honour for Kolonist to represent its Cabernet Merlot Kolonist category together with the world-famous chateaux! Ivan Plachkov could personally meet Mr. Desseauve, who was the one to invite Kolonist to participate in the exhibition. Having tasted Ukrainian Cabernet Merlot, Thierry Desseauve said: “It is worthy wine with its character and individuality, thanks to which it became the best wine in Ukraine!”

During exhibition Kolonist arose interest in visitors, in fact most of them were tasting Ukrainian wine for the first time and were impressed. All the guests could vote for a wine they liked the most, that is why currently Kolonist is awaiting the results of the vote!
