Bisser (tirage year 2016) brut white aged sparkling wine

The wine is made by classical method of champagnization (méthode traditionnelle) with aging sur lie in bottles no less than 1,5 years. Bisser – blanc de blancs – is a classical brut from Chardonnay grapes from Kolonist own vineyards. Degorgage is made manually.



Serving temperature: from +6 to +8 °С

The best form of glass for this wine: “flute” (120-200 ml)

The nutritional value in grams per 100 grams: proteins – 0; fats – 0; carbohydrates – 1.5. NO GMO
