Wine is produced by the technology of whole berries fermentation in 100-year-old oak vinification, and aged for 15 months in new French barriques with ceramic firing.
Taste: Full, moderately tannic, with creamy and coffee notes, a long aftertaste of dried fruits and spices.
Aroma: Complex, with pronounced tones of red and black currants, blackberries, developed tones of aging, shades of vanilla, coffee and cinnamon.

Description
Wine is produced from grape varieties Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot from TM “Kolonist” own plantations.
Wine has a complex aroma with dominant tones of maturing (coffee and saffian) and cherry notes. It has a harmonic and deep taste with silky tannins and a rich aftertaste.
This wine could be served alone and it will gradually develop in the glass or perfectly complements meat dishes.
Grapes are grown in Danubian Bessarabia (the southwestern part of the Odesa region).
