Produced from Merlot grape variety from TM Kolonist own plantations.
Wine has rich aroma, with tones of cherry, softly fried coffee beans and light vanilla tinge. Balanced and mild flavor with rounded tannins, long vanilla aftertaste encourages to enjoy every sip.
This easily-drinking wine goes well with meat courses under berry sauces, duck, pate and dishes of Italian cuisine.
Wine is produced by classical technology and aged during 9 months in French centenary oak barriques.
Grapes are grown in Danubian Bessarabia (the south-western part of the Odessa region).
