Description
Wine has a velvety aroma of multifaceted with dominant tones of aging (smoke and sap), with pronounced tones of red and black currant, with hints of vanilla and coffee. The taste is full-bodied, and moderately tannic, with creamy and coffee notes, a long aftertaste of dried fruits and spices
This mature wine could be self-sufficient gradually changing in the glass, and perfectly complementing meat dishes.
Grapes are grown in Danubian Bessarabia (the southwestern part of the Odessa region).
Wine is produced by fermentation technology with whole berries in oak vinificators which are made of hundred of years of oak, and aged for 9 months in new French barriques with ceramic firing.
