Dear friends!
the Law, which cancels the license the amount of 500 thousand hryvnias for Ukrainian winemakers who produce wine from their own raw materials, signed by the President of Ukraine of October 7, 2016! It is definitely a stride of Ukraine in their desire to live according to European standards.
This bill, which was amended the Law on the license for wholesale trade, was registered on 24 April 2015. Few people at the time believed that this path can be overcome in just a year and a half.
Thanks to the caring and brave enthusiasts, including people's deputies, ministries, growers and winemakers who took this the hardest thing is, professionally, at all levels of state bodies of Executive and legislative branches, worked out the mechanisms for the approval and adoption of this document at the level of the law of Ukraine.
In my opinion, this Law broke the stereotypes of thinking of the majority of civil servants and representatives of a DePuy corps. After all, almost for the first time in 25 years of independence of Ukraine was prepared, agreed and adopted the Law, which now reduces revenues to the budget. It is expected that in the near future the country will provide development in one of the leading sectors (viticulture and winemaking) in the agricultural sector, which of course will lead not only to increased revenues in the near future, but will also contribute to the development of viticulture and wine-making as a mandatory component of civilizational development of the state. And in Ukraine there will be a lot of good, very good and great Ukrainian wine. And the brand “Ukrainian wine” is known throughout the world.
Also very pleased to see that growers and winemakers has appeared a professional holiday – “Day of young wine”, which will be celebrated every year on 7 October, according to the presidential Decree signed at the same time with the Law.
I see Ukraine as a European country with a decent standard of life for its citizens and fantastic prospects.
I have always believed, and now believes that Ukraine has a great future. Sincerely Yours, Ivan Plachkov
