Ivan Plachkov and the team of the winery "Colonist" I have the honour to invite You to celebrate a unique event – Divnomorskoe holiday "Trifon Zarezan" (the holiday of the beginning of pruning the vines), which will take place on 11, 12 and February 14, 2017 the winery of "Colonist" in the village of Krynychne, Danubian Bessarabia, Odessa region, Ukraine. His roots festival dedicated to Trifon Stabbed, goes to ancient times, when the Bulgarian lands inhabited by Thracian tribes, more than all the gods worship of Dionysus, God of wine and vines. According to tradition, on this day, podrezali the vines to get a big harvest in the fall. Now the Day of St. Tryphon is celebrated not only growers, but also gardeners and gardeners.
on this day, for the past 9 years, we organize colorful events on the basis of the winery with the aim of exchange of experiences, innovations, information in the field of wine between wine-makers, equipment producers, sommeliers, journalists and just wine connoisseurs and consumers.
