Wine is produced by the technology of whole berries fermentation in 100-year-old oak vinificators, and aged during 18 months in new French barriques with ceramic firing. This wine was made in honor of the 60th anniversary of founder of family winery Kolonist Ivan Plachkov.

Aroma: complex aroma with dominant tones of maturing (coffee and saffian), cherry, dried fruit and pear notes.

Wine is produced from grape varieties Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot from TM “Kolonist” own plantations.
Wine has complex aroma with dominant tones of maturing (coffee and saffian), cherry, dried fruit and pear notes. It has a harmonic and deep taste with silky tannins and a rich aftertaste.
This wine could be served alone and it will gradually develop in the glass; or perfectly complements meat dishes.
